To request a return or report a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email our team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide the applicable eligibility conditions and authorized return instructions before you send anything.

Do not send products to our correspondence address or registered office without return authorization.

Refunds

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post a credit. The Ember Cradle return and money-back guarantee period is 60 days from delivery. Contact us within that period to request return authorization. Return shipping responsibility and processing time are provided with the return instructions.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
